Therapy and Counselling

in West Hampstead, Queen’s Park & Online

You may be feeling anxious, low or overwhelmed, having difficulties in your relationships, or going through a significant change or loss. Perhaps you're struggling to get through the day, feel stuck, lonely or disconnected from yourself or others, or as though you're going through the motions of life without really living it.

Something that happened to you, recently or a long time ago, may still be affecting you, or you might find yourself caught in patterns or behaviours that are difficult to change. Sometimes you know what's troubling you. At other times, you may simply feel that something isn't right, without knowing exactly why.

Even when there are people in your life who care about you, it isn't always easy to talk openly about what you're going through. Together, we can begin to make sense of what's happening and consider what might help.

About me

I’m a BACP-registered integrative therapist and counsellor. I’ve worked in charity, university and private practice settings, supporting people with a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, trauma and abuse, substance use and suicidal thoughts.

I also work with people exploring sexuality, gender and intimacy, as well as questions of identity and belonging. My practice is LGBTQIA+-affirming, and I’m attentive to how culture, race, faith, class, age, neurodivergence and disability can affect our lives.

I work with adults in English or Polish. Sessions are available in person in West Hampstead and Queen’s Park (London NW6), as well as online.

How I work

We can start with what is happening for you now. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to talk about or where to begin.

We can talk through what you're finding difficult and consider what you might need. I'll ask questions and share my thoughts as we explore things together.

We might notice patterns that keep coming up, explore the impact of past experiences on your life today, or look at how stress affects you, both emotionally and physically.

Questions about who you are, where you belong or what matters to you can be part of our work too.
