Therapy and Counselling
in North West London
and online
Therapy is a space where you can be honest about how you feel.
About me
I’m a BACP-registered integrative therapist and counsellor. I have worked in charity and private practice settings, supporting people with a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, life transitions, substance use and suicidal thoughts.
I offer an LGBTQIA+-affirming and culturally sensitive space where you can explore your experiences openly, including aspects of your identity, relationships and life that may be difficult to talk about elsewhere.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a classical pianist. Having grown up in Poland and moved to the UK as an adult, I bring a particular sensitivity to questions of cultural identity, home and belonging.
How I work
My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, transpersonal and body psychotherapy. Rather than following one particular model, I draw on different perspectives to make sense of your experience.
Therapy can be a way to explore the experiences, patterns and relationships that have shaped you, while also opening up new ways of relating to yourself, others and the world around you. Our work might move between past and present, mind and body, and broader questions of identity, belonging and meaning.
I offer individual therapy for adults in English or Polish. Sessions are 50 minutes long and usually take place weekly at a regular time.
